Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion reduces the signs of aging and rejuvenates the overall health and appearance of the skin. We use the DiamondTome™ Skin Resurfacing System, from Altair Instruments, featuring medical grade DiamondTome™ wands for producing superior results.


As a person ages their skin becomes thinner, less collagen is produced, and the elastin fibers that provide elasticity wear out. These changes in the scaffolding of the skin cause the skin to wrinkle and sag. Repeated microdermabrasion treatments stimulate the elastic tissue beneath the surface of the skin resulting in a healthier and firmer appearance. By causing a small amount of trauma to the skin, microdermabrasion causes the skin to repair itself creating younger, healthier looking skin.
