Cancellation Policy
We understand that emergencies come up; however, the professionals at Spa Nōōr spend time preparing for your visit. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel a treatment appointment. If no notice is given, we regretfully must bill your credit card for 50% of the treatment fee. This policy helps us retain the highest quality staff that we are proud to employ.

 

Cell Phones and Pagers
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones and pagers off while you visit us. Our spa is a place of tranquility where our guests come for peace and relaxation.

 

Reservations
Reservations are suggested, but walk-ins are always welcome. A credit card number or a Spa Noor Gift Card number is required to secure your appointment.

 

Payment
We accept all major credit cards, regretfully checks are not accepted. Payment plans are available to finance long courses of treatments.

 

Gratuities
Tipping for treatments is left to your discretion.
