What is Perlane® ?
Perlane® is made of hyaluronic acid, which is naturally found in our bodies. Hyaluronic acid is what gives our skin volume. With age, we lose this volume - which is, in part, due to shrinkage of hyaluronic acid. Perlane® is excellent for augmenting lips to create fuller, more pronounced lips. Because Perlane® is composed of larger gel particles it is alsoideal for deeper injection to add volume to the skin for correcting facial wrinkles and folds.
